Lamboo Special Sales is a market leader in the development of mobile PET/CT trailers. We were the first European manufacturer to build mobile Philips Gemini and Siemens Biograph PET/CT trailers. As the request for lay-outs changed, Lamboo Specials Sales designed a custom-built solution to protect the control room personnel from exposure to radiation. In addition to this lay-out, Lamboo Specials Sales can offer different lay-outs, enabling us the offer the customer the optimal solution in every particular case.
With walls containing a layer of up to 15 milimeters of lead, weight is the biggest challenge in a European PET/CT trailer. Using special manufacturing techniques, Lamboo Specials Sales guarantees its customer a weight of less than 36 tons for the trailer. This weight allows the trailer to be driven almost anywhere in Europe. A remote control system similar to the mobile MRI is installed on all PET/CT trailers. This gives Lamboo or the customer the ability to adjust or check the air-conditioning anywhere in the world at any time. A precise PLC leveling system can be supplied for automatic leveling up to a tolerance of 0.15 degrees.
